Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping markers.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
